Filtering Referrals

From the Referral Inbox screen, you can filter the referrals that display in the left-hand column so that you can only see the referrals required.

To apply a filter:

  1. From the Referral Inbox screen, select Filter .
  2. Select the filter to apply from the available list.
  3. The filter now displays in orange with the filter name beside it, for example, Draft.

To remove a filter:

  1. Select the filter .
  2. From available list, select None.
  3. The filter is removed.
Note - Unvetted referrals are created by members of the Community team with limited rights. They must be reviewed by members of the Community team with sufficient rights so they can be processed further.
